Update Vermeer

This guide will help you update the Vermeer theme to a newer version.

Update the Vermeer theme#

For example, if you’d like to update the Vermeer theme from version 1.1.0 to version 1.1.1:

1. Backup the old Vermeer directory

   In your Vermeer project directory, rename themes/vermeer to themes/vermeer-<version>— for examplethemes/vermeer-1.1.0.

2. Create the new Vermeer directory

   In the themes directory of your Vermeer project, create the vermeer directory.

3. Install the Vermeer theme

   Download the Vermeer ZIP file and extract all files. Copy the contents of the vermeer-<version>/vermeer-<version> directory — for example vermeer-1.1.1/vermeer-1.1.1 — to the themes/vermeer folder in your project.
